Refund policy

At Luv Scented Minis, we sell mini-size fragrance bottles (4ml – 15ml). Please review our policy before placing your order:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered by mistake, changed your mind, or expected a full-size product.
  
  

  • Include your order number.

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product damage.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

    Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery via our contact form.
    
    Bottle Type Notice:
    Our mini bottles (1.9ml–7ml) are splash/open-top style and do not include spray nozzles, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. This is standard for mini perfume sizes and does not qualify as damage or defect.
    

• We cannot offer refunds or replacements without photo evidence of the damage.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
