At Luv Scented Minis, we strive to ship your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside of our control.

  • Certain fragrance items may be subject to ground-only shipping due to alcohol content regulations.

Risk of Loss

  • Once we hand your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors, refusal, or unclaimed packages.

  • If a package is returned to us, we can reship once you provide a corrected address and pay for additional postage.

International Shipping & Duties

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by your country.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are non-refundable.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage. Verified cases will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
